Lean validation
Initial backbone, pilot-lot logic, technical and commercial framing, phycocyanin + biomass first.
Roadmap
What gets installed when, and why visible demand triggers the next move.
Initial backbone, pilot-lot logic, technical and commercial framing, phycocyanin + biomass first.
First repeatable production logic, downstream discipline, stronger industrial credibility, selective premium extension.
Module duplication when demand is visible, broader portfolio without speculative overbuild.
Deployment logic
Azoris is not trying to simulate a fully mature multi-line factory from day one. The roadmap turns validation into repeatability, then repeatability into targeted modular expansion.
Phase 0
This prototype visual belongs in the roadmap because it communicates instrumented, testable early-stage logic. It does not replace the target backbone; it shows how Azoris turns an MVP into a credible industrial sequence.
The MVP visual is deliberately framed as a phase-0 asset. Its purpose is to illustrate validation and learning, not to pretend the final platform already exists.
